Sergei Kouzmine co-founded QWave Capital, the first VC fund focused exclusively on quantum computing technologies, and holds a rare combination of a Ph.D. in nuclear physics and direct experience as a founding investor and board member of Affinity Bank, which he helped build from chartering to a successful sale that created a top-10 Georgia bank by deposits. He was part of the founding team of a leading European core banking operating system and co-founded one of Europe's largest payments platforms processing over $14B annually across 30+ countries, while also serving as CEO of a European company that scaled revenue from $40M to $1.3B in four years.
