About Kelly Graziadei
Kelly Graziadei built her career as a hands-on operator across multiple waves of internet platforms including AltaVista, Yahoo, and Facebook, where she built and led the Mid-Market Sales Channel and helped re-architect it into a verticalized, relationship-driven model that scaled into a billion-dollar business. She transitioned to venture after an Entrepreneur-in-Residence role made her aware of how few women were check writers, and now positions herself as part of changing both founder and funder archetypes by combining lessons from scaling Facebook's ads business with targeted early-stage support for underrepresented entrepreneurs.
