About Grigor Hovhannisyan

Grigor Hovhannisyan co-founded Armenia's first angel network (BANA Angels) and was a founding team member at Idram, the country's first electronic payment system, positioning him as someone who built Armenia's early investing and fintech infrastructure rather than just participating in it. He founded Premier Integrated Technologies, which provides security services to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and now focuses his Formula VC investments on technically difficult, globally scalable products across cybersecurity, quantum computing, and other deep tech areas.
