About Dave Fontenot

Dave Fontenot lived in monasteries for two years and runs HF0 as a 12-week live-in residency where repeat technical founders share a San Francisco mansion while he handles all logistics so they can focus solely on building, talking to customers, exercising, and sleeping. He built his career evangelizing hackathons across college campuses after co-creating MHacks at University of Michigan, and now selects founders by looking for fire in their eyes while asking himself how scared he would be if he tried to stop them from pursuing their mission.
